1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• Cash (on request)

2. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• No-show: Full charge applies

3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

• Be ready at pickup location on time
• Provide flight details for airport transfers
• Comply with safety instructions
• Respect the vehicle and chauffeur

4. Luggage Policy Standard luggage allowance:

• Sedan: 2 suitcases + 2 carry-ons
• V-Class: 4 suitcases + 4 carry-ons
• Sprinter: 8 suitcases + 8 carry-ons

Additional luggage available on request.

5. Vehicle Changes

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher class due to availability, mechanical issues, or operational requirements.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather events
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Force majeure events
