2. Cancellation Policy

3. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must:

Be ready at pickup location on time

Provide flight details for airport transfers

Comply with safety instructions

Respect the vehicle and chauffeur
4. Luggage Policy
Standard luggage allowance:

Sedan: 2 suitcases + 2 carry-ons
-
V-Class: 4 suitcases + 4 carry-ons

Sprinter: 8 suitcases + 8 carry-ons
Additional luggage available on request.
5. Vehicle Changes
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher class due to availability, mechanical issues, or operational requirements.

We are not liable for delays caused by:
