For a team of eight landing on two different flights with stand materials, improvising ground transport is a real business risk.

Yes — this is a standard MWC programme for us. We consolidate the manifest by flight, terminal and hotel, sequence pickups, and can station an arrival coordinator in the terminal. Groups landing within a window can share Sprinters where it makes sense.
MWC week is the most demand-concentrated week of Barcelona's year. Book 4–8 weeks ahead to secure your preferred vehicle classes; later bookings depend on fleet availability, including vetted partner capacity.
Yes. Your operations contact is reachable by phone and WhatsApp throughout; vehicle assignments are re-sequenced centrally. For larger programmes we run a WhatsApp coordination group with your team.
