Royal Falcon Limo (Royal Falcon Limousine SL) is a Barcelona-based licensed VTC operator providing corporate and event ground transportation since 2019. Yes. For congress and event programmes we assign a dedicated operations contact who consolidates your passenger manifest by flight, terminal and hotel, then schedules vehicles and chauffeurs across the operating days. Our directly operated Mercedes fleet (E-Class, V-Class, S-Class and Sprinter minibuses) is supplemented, when required, by vetted licensed transportation partners, allowing us to coordinate larger congress and event programmes subject to availability.
Mercedes E-Class and S-Class for up to 3 passengers; Mercedes V-Class for up to 7 passengers with 7 large suitcases; Mercedes Sprinter minibuses for groups of up to 16 or 19 passengers. Mixed fleets are normal for delegations — executives in sedans, staff and groups in vans and minibuses.
Every booking includes flight tracking. For multi-flight arrivals we consolidate manifests by flight and terminal, sequence the pickups, and can station an arrival coordinator in the terminal with name boards. Chauffeurs adjust automatically to delays; 60 minutes of free waiting starts at actual touchdown.
Yes. Hourly disposal keeps a vehicle and chauffeur with your delegation for the day — hotel to Fira to meetings to dinners — billed hourly with no re-booking between stops. Minimum 3 hours; full-day programmes receive day rates.
Corporate clients can receive consolidated monthly invoicing with per-trip records (route, time, vehicle, chauffeur) for internal reconciliation. Card payment, bank transfer and invoice billing are available. VAT invoices are issued as standard for Spanish and EU companies.

A WhatsApp message or email with rough details is enough to start — we quote fixed prices per vehicle.
Yes — schedule changes are normal in event operations. Your operations contact is reachable by phone and WhatsApp throughout the programme; vehicle assignments are re-sequenced centrally. For large programmes we recommend a WhatsApp coordination group with your team and our dispatcher.
